I am in love with these muffins. They are fairly healthy and very delicious. I mess with the measurements a bit. I usually add more oats and whole wheat flour and less white flour. I make a double batch and freeze half of them to stick in the kids lunches. They are ready to eat by the time lunch rolls around.
